Business Development Strategist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Services Segment, you will be responsible for developing and executing the annual business development strategy, driving revenue growth from new large accounts and existing clients within the segment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with the ability to tie business value to process efforts, change management skills, and experience working in the FM industry or Food Service or Project management & Retail expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the business development plan for the segment in line with the overall business development strategy.
  • Set business development targets from key and other accounts within the segment.
  • Identify new growth opportunities for the organization within the segment in terms of new sectors, companies, regions, etc to be tapped.

The role requires strategic thinking, financial management, operational planning, and people management skills. You will work closely with the Head Sales and Strategy & Technical Advisory team to develop and execute strategies for business growth.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales experience
  • Ability to tie business value to process efforts
  • Change management skills
  • Experience working in FM industry or Food Service or Project management & Retail expertise
