Role Overview:

The Business Development Associate is a key position responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospective students, and collaborating with the Sales Team to ensure smooth conversion into enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage actively with prospective students to generate high-quality leads
  • Assess and qualify leads based on their interest and fit for our courses
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective students by providing valuable information on course details, benefits, and career opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and smooth conversion into enrolled students

Requirements:

  • 0.5–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles or pre-sales
  • Proficiency in Telugu and English languages
