Capital Raising and Mergers Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Capital Raising and Mergers Specialist to lead our Series A fundraising journey. This is a high-impact role that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in capital raising, mergers, and acquisitions.

  • Leverage your network to drive the Series A fundraising process with venture capitalists, family offices, and high net worth individuals (India & overseas).
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INVESTORS AND OUTREACH PARTNERS TO SECURE FUNDING FOR OUR GROWTH STAGE COMPANY.
  • Develop financial models, projections, and investor decks to showcase our value proposition and secure funding.
  • Oversee due diligence, compliance, and deal structuring to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
  • Partner with our CEO to develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy.
  • Provide strategic insights to enhance company valuation and growth prospects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity, with a proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing deals.
