Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of equity capital markets mandates from start to finish, including financial analysis, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (origination, compliance, research, sales) and external advisors (lawyers, auditors, registrars, etc.) to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of offer documents (DRHP, RHP, and related filings) with securities regulators and exchanges.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements related to capital raisings and public offerings.
  • Manage regulatory queries, observations, and approvals with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients during the equity capital markets process, building strong relationships with issuers, underwriters, and investors.
  • Assist in planning investor roadshows, analyst meets, and marketing strategies for equity capital markets transactions.
  • Liaise with research and sales teams to ensure effective messaging to institutional and retail investors.
  • Accountability: Ensure accurate reporting of all material data and maintain liaison with third parties, including consultants, exchanges, and regulators.
