Job Overview

Oracle Fusion HCM is a cloud-based human capital management system that offers a range of features and functionalities to support HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, and HR Help Desk
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud tools, such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions
  • Provide expert-level support for the development and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality business solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno Functional Consultant
  • Excellent communication & expertise in HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit and HR Help Desk (at least 3 modules working experience is mandatory)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS
  • Process Flow, Set-up Knowledge and Common Solutions to Modules Known in HCM
  • HCM Functional consultant should have experience in any 3 modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety or HR Help Desk
  • Technical skills: Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions
  • Expertise in Writing/Debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula
  • Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
  • Knowledge on SQL, Data Migration and Customization
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective Techno functional support for the enterprise business process area
