Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of new employees into the organization.
  • Manage employee benefits and payroll, providing financial stability and security for our team members.
  • Maintain a positive work environment, fostering collaboration and growth among employees.
  • Strategic planning, workforce development, and addressing employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record of success.
  • Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR Policies Development, Compliance, and Labor Laws, with knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Knowledge of Payroll Management, Employee Benefits Administration, and Financial Analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is an asset, with a strong understanding of its challenges and opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with a Master's degree or HR certification being an added advantage.
