
Human Capital Strategist

This role is a key driver of shaping an engaging workplace culture, championing talent acquisition and retention, and designing systems that prioritize creativity and employee satisfaction.
You'll work closely with leadership to build a people-centric environment that aligns with the company's vision and reflects our core values.
Main Responsibilities- Culture Development:
- Lead initiatives to foster inclusivity, energy, ownership, and collaboration within the organization.
- Design and implement recognition, wellbeing, team bonding, and internal communication programs.
- Act as a cultural ambassador—actively listen to employee sentiment and take proactive steps to evolve workplace dynamics.
- Talent Acquisition and Retention Strategy:
- Create strategic hiring pipelines that attract high-potential talent aligned with our core values.
- Develop long-term retention plans, including growth paths, internal mobility, and impact-based recognition.
- Own and evolve the onboarding experience to create strong cultural alignment from Day 1.
- Performance and Growth Enablement:
- Manage goal-setting, feedback, and review processes with a focus on employee development and accountability.
- Partner with leaders to identify learning and development opportunities, coaching needs, and career tracks.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance with mentorship programs and internal upskilling initiatives.
- HR Operations:
- Ensure HR policies are fair, compliant, and in line with relevant labor laws.
- Streamline people operations and documentation through scalable systems.
- Collaborate with finance to manage compensation strategy, payroll processes, and benefits administration.
- People Analytics and Insights:
- Track and report on people metrics (attrition, engagement, culture pulse, etc.) to inform business decisions.
- Use data to proactively address challenges around retention, performance, and employee engagement.
- B Employer Branding:
- Oversee the company's employer brand on platforms showcasing our team, culture, and impact.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish the company as a preferred workplace.
- At least 6 years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles, preferably in a fast-paced creative or agency setting.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools for managing end-to-end HR processes.
- A deep understanding of contemporary workforce dynamics, particularly Gen Z and Millennial talent.
- A strong grasp of labor laws and compliance practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on culture, retention, and growth.
- Experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll systems and data-driven decision-making.
- A proven ability to design culture and engagement frameworks from scratch.
- Experience building HR initiatives that directly impact retention and employee morale.
- A creative mindset with the ability to bridge business goals and people needs.
- Background in Marketing or Public Relations may be beneficial.
- HRMS experience, specifically Zoho People, is a plus.
