- Configuration and Implementation: Proficiency in configuring and implementing SAP TIME module functionalities, including time recording, absence management, and time evaluation.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP HCM data structures, schemas, and personnel calculation rules (PCR). Experience with SAP ABAP programming language and SAP HCM Forms is beneficial.
- Business Process Knowledge: Familiarity with time management processes and labor regulations in the industry. Understanding of workforce management, shift planning, and time-related reporting requirements.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions. Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve time-related issues efficiently.
