We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to lead our company's financial strategy and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
  • Provide insightful recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Accounting & Financial Reporting:
  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Implement best practices in financial reporting aligned with international accounting standards.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and maintain accurate financial MIS reports.
Audit & Compliance:
  • Oversee statutory, internal, and tax audits from start to finish, ensuring timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate risks.
  • Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Taxation & Regulatory:
  • Oversight direct and indirect tax compliance, filings, and assessments.
  • Ensure timely payment of taxes and adherence to statutory deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and implement necessary process updates.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Professional accounting designation such as Certified Accountant.
  • At least 10 years' experience in senior-level financial management positions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Results-driven, strategic thinker, and planner.
