This position plays a pivotal role in the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance and supporting strategic decision-making for a rapidly growing business. As a senior finance expert, you will provide financial insights that drive growth, manage cash flow, and oversee budget preparation and performance tracking.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Create and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to offer actionable insights.
  • Assist in developing financial models to assess business performance and opportunities.
  • Manage the company's cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity.
  • Oversee budget preparation and performance tracking to maintain financial stability.
  • Recommend measures to improve cost-efficiency and financial sustainability.
  • Closely collaborate with the Finance Manager on key strategic activities, including fundraising efforts.
  • Prepare financial projections and pitch decks for investors and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and investors.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with all internal controls, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Book-keeping.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior team members, guiding them on day-to-day tasks and financial best practices.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with other departments to align financial goals with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial analytics, MIS, or corporate finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel-based modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience in fundraising processes and financial due diligence (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative attitude.
