Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team in day-to-day operations and act as support to senior HR members.
  • Support recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Help with onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and compliance activities.
  • Contribute to employee engagement programs and HR initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR functioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team player.
  • In Office job

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,000.00 per month

  • Belgaum, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
