Renewable Energy Finance Director

As a seasoned finance professional, you will lead the financial strategy for renewable energy projects. This includes structuring capital and securing funding (equity & debt) to support the company's growth objectives.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies to secure project financing, negotiating competitive terms and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Oversee negotiations for long-term and short-term loans, managing working capital, treasury operations, and cash flow planning to optimize financial performance.
- Support mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and refinancing activities, providing strategic financial insights to inform business decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
Financial Leadership- Develop and execute financial strategies to drive business growth and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, investors, and external partners.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.
