We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts and drive revenue growth in the recruitment industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
About the Role:
- You will build and maintain strong partnerships with corporate clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver effective recruitment strategies and staffing models.
- Utilize excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to generate new business and manage accounts independently.

- Maintain a target-driven and self-motivated approach, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-7 years of proven experience in Business Development/Sales within the recruitment, staffing, HR consulting, or talent solutions industry.
