Enterprise Sales Strategist

This role involves managing all aspects of the sales process, including lead management, qualification, evaluation, and closure for Enterprise clients. As a key member of the sales team, you will play an integral part in the overall success of the business.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales pipelines to drive growth and revenue. Prospecting and assessing sales opportunities to move transactions through the pipeline efficiently. Managing customer and transactional information in our CRM system. Coordinating resources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering. Building and nurturing relationships with customers across various sizes and industries. Providing regular reporting on pipeline and forecast through the CRM system. Practicing effective communication with stakeholders, including management, customers, and support staff. Participating in team-building activities and company-growth initiatives, such as strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer care. Ensuring accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasts are completed smoothly and effectively. Fostering a culture of engagement and excitement that drives high customer and employee satisfaction. Identifying key decision-makers by performing research and using prospecting tools. Building networks in legacy businesses and conglomerates. Handling RFI/RFPs, proposal writing, and leading commercial negotiations. Performing client-need analysis and developing strategies to address their pain points.
Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with 8+ years of experience in Enterprise SAAS or selling software solutions in India markets. You should have both transactional sales and strategic selling experience. A consistent track record of achieving sales goals in a large geographic territory is essential. A strong sense of urgency, execution focus, and a belief in the client's mission are also required. Experience with analytics, data, databases, or business intelligence is preferred. A Bachelor's degree with a technical or business focus is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to articulate the value proposition and close deals. We are looking for a go-getter who is willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic, self-directed, and resourceful.
