Job Title

The e-commerce manager will be responsible for managing the e-commerce team, meeting set targets, and handling day-to-day marketplace activities across various platforms. They will analyze revenue, campaign performance, daily ad spends, and other key metrics to improve website and marketplace performance.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing and optimizing products on major marketplace websites, strong analytical skills, excellent written communication and marketing skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing an e-commerce strategy to improve website and marketplace performance
  • Conducting regular competitor analysis and identifying emerging trends, pricing dynamics, and innovative approaches to remain competitive
  • Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales, new product sell-through, and performance
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes, and proactively implementing best practices and new features

The e-commerce manager will ensure good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments. Proficiency in e-commerce tools and software is a plus.
