Digital Solutions Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced developer to create and manage custom digital solutions using WordPress. This role is fully remote/home-based, but requires regular communication with the team during business hours.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new digital solutions and customize existing ones using WordPress templates.
  • Design and implement custom plugins and advanced features for e-commerce platforms.
  • Implement international website functionality (geo-location, multi-currency, multi-language).
  • Lead optimization strategies across all digital solutions.
  • Design and run experiments, analyzing results and implementing improvements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously improve technical performance, SEO, and user experience.
  • Requirements:
  • Expert-level skills in WordPress customization (themes, plugins, hooks, filters).
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce management, optimization, and scaling.
  • Hands-on experience in experimentation strategy, analytics tracking, and data analysis.
  • Skilled in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend development for WordPress.
  • Proven track record of increasing conversion rates.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver measurable outcomes.
