Job Description

Rewards Delivery Specialist - Global Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to HR on local program/policy matters, prioritization of rewards resources and budget planning.
  • Coordinate and execute the annual compensation review cycle, liaising with internal stakeholders within your geographic scope.
  • Act as a sparring partner on individual salary proposals requiring special expertise.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance locally to prepare budget proposals for merit and rewards.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, analyses, and background preparation for Rewards processes to enable People Partners and Business Partners in successfully using these and applying Rewards principles.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Proactively identify areas of improvement in how Rewards packages are constructed and applied in countries/areas of responsibility.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in local processes.
  • Conduct market analyses, identifying gaps to market and areas needing special attention.

Vendor Management:

  • Review vendors against service level agreements for benefits service delivery, contract negotiation, and escalations.

Support COEs:

  • Participate in global COE projects and be responsible for deployment within your region.
  • Provide input to COEs on high-level training needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working with Rewards in a global and complex environment.
  • Experience implementing or using a leading global HR system with advanced compensation and benefits modules.
  • Ability to engage and mobilize diverse local HR stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude geared towards continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced, developing project environment.
  • Resilience: accepting uncertainty and bouncing back from setbacks while keeping enthusiasm.
  • Collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions.
  • Highly analytical approach with a strong eye for detail.
  • Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timescales and scope.
