About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

  • Main Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional support on Oracle Fusion Procurement modules with expertise in Source to Contract process.
  • Key Accountabilities: Investigate and diagnose Incidents, resolving and closing them while keeping users informed of progress.
  • Support Functions: Identify application interface issues and escalate them to the appropriate technology team, Address user queries and ad-hoc requests, capturing, logging, and coordinating service requests.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot data issues, troubleshoot Finance transmission and interface failures, resolve technical issues related to interfaces between Oracle and non-Oracle Spreadsheets, troubleshoot configuration integration issues.

Requirements: A good understanding of Supply Chain domain knowledge, strong working experience in Oracle Procurement applications, familiarity with system setups and configuration, excellent influencing skills, proficiency in MS Office suite, certification in Fusion Procurement Cloud is a plus, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and spoken communication skills, ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to solve problems quickly, excellent organizational and time management skills.
