Job Title: Agile Delivery Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Agile delivery specialist to join our banking sector teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in regulated financial environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster Agile processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive the delivery of high-quality banking solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication of requirements and priorities.
  • Guide cross-functional teams in Agile best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identify and remove impediments, including those related to regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Support teams in understanding and adhering to banking regulations and security standards during delivery.
  • Track team progress, velocity, and impediments for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Promote transparency and alignment across business, compliance, and IT teams.
  • Manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery of banking software releases.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Agile delivery specialist in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and their application in regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR), and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certified Agile practitioner or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, QA, and compliance officers.
