
Reward and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an expert in compensation and benefits to manage our pay and rewards programs.
This role focuses on ensuring that our compensation and benefits are competitive, compliant with laws, and well maintained. You will work closely with the payroll and human resources teams to design and implement effective compensation policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and analyze compensation and benefits data.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws related to statutory payouts and contributions (PF, ESIC, Bonus, etc.).
- Support the design and implementation of compensation policies.
- Collaborate with the payroll and human resources teams on statutory records and reporting.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market research.
- Drive continuous improvements in total rewards programs.
- A minimum of 2 to 7 years of experience specifically in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles.
- Candidates from Tier 1 and 2 Institutes are preferred.
- Experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to compensation.
- Analytical skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
