Rewards Delivery Manager - The Future of Employee Experience

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of employee experience through rewards and compensation. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and delivering innovative reward programs that drive engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of global HR systems and advanced compensation modules. Experience in large international organizations and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrices are also essential. You will be expected to collaborate with diverse local HR stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality operational delivery.

Achieving success in this role will require your ability to balance complexity and diversity across countries and brands, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and providing an aligned employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support People Partners and Business Partners in prioritizing rewards resources and executing annual compensation review cycles.
  • Act as a sparring partner for individual salary proposals requiring special expertise.
  • Work with HR and Finance locally to prepare budget proposals and provide training on rewards programs and processes.
  • Identify areas of improvement in rewards packages and local processes, and conduct market analyses to inform strategic decisions.
