Project Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.


Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, execute projects, and ensure timely delivery within budget and agreed specifications.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data-driven methods to define, measure, and analyze current-state processes to prioritize opportunities for standardization and automation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with stakeholders to secure approvals across Operations, Technology, Product, and Business.
  • Technology Solutioning: Analyze technology solutioning, collaborate with business analysts to co-create business requirements, and outline IT solutions.
  • Implementation Readiness: Partner with Technology & Operations for Implementation Readiness & Change Adoption including cutover plans, training, and post-go-live stabilization.
  • Culture of Accountability: Drive a culture of data ownership and accountability in origin areas while maintaining a lean role in governance to ensure compliance.
  • Communication: Provide timely status updates to the central program team, track milestones, dependencies, and benefits realization. Communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences across geographically distributed teams.
