We are seeking an experienced Strategic Rewards Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our People, Organization, and Culture Consulting practice, you will have the opportunity to work across various capabilities and service offerings, gaining valuable experiences and knowledge.
Working in multifunctional teams, you will bring diverse perspectives to every challenge, collaborating with leaders and stakeholders to shape, develop, and deliver HR strategy and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Leverage your expertise to lead the development of rewards consulting products relevant to emerging Global Companies (GCCs), particularly in the Technology sector.
- Deliver high-quality, effective solutions for clients in areas such as market benchmarking, pay ranges design and implementation, benefits design, budgeting, compensation structuring, and statutory impact analysis.
- Oversee C&B project modules independently, presenting solutions and recommendations to clients and internal teams in a structured and articulate manner.
- Collaborate with established ANSR GCCs to provide CoE consulting advice, design, and implement specific rewards-related projects.
- Develop and implement policy and process aligned with client needs and people strategy; create training assets related to change management plans.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 8-12 years of experience in consulting and core Total Rewards experience for at least 5 years in a regional or global setting.
- High-level proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and insights.
- Experience working in a CoE Matrix environment and with external clients as a consultant/expert advisor.
- Exceptional attention to detail, passion for quality, and accountability, along with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work creatively to address client requirements, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to build effective working relationships, influence stakeholders at all levels, and work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
We are looking for individuals with a strong track record of scoping and delivering people and change consulting services, particularly in areas such as Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits strategy, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
