The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a team of sales representatives. This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida at MyOperator.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and sales prospecting.
  • Presentation of MyOperator's products and services to prospective clients, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating deals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Mentorship and guidance of junior sales representatives, motivation and inspiration of the sales team to achieve their targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the tech or cloud communications industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience
