Lead Cross Border Sales Strategy

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our cross-border sales strategy. As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing relationships with cross-border clients across regions including the USA, UK, Europe, and APAC.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive merchant acquisition through building and executing a robust cross-border sales strategy.
  • Engage with key partners, marketplaces, financial institutions, eCommerce platforms, and other relevant entities to promote our cross-border payments solutions.
  • Contribute strategically to new market entry and expansion initiatives across primary geographies.
  • Develop and present compelling value propositions for our cross-border payment solutions.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contract development.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of cross-border sales activities and seamless client onboarding.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within cross-border payments, fintech, or foreign exchange.
  • Expertise in international markets, with a proven track record in cross-border deal-making and managing global client relationships.
  • Strong performance history in meeting and exceeding revenue targets, with a results-driven approach.
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to innovate and improve processes independently.
  • Ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders and align cross-functional teams toward sales objectives.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and effectively manage high-pressure situations.
