We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager to spearhead our new business initiatives. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving client acquisition, expanding existing relationships, and fueling business growth through innovative strategies and relationship management.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries, leveraging expertise in market trends and competitor analysis to drive revenue growth.
  • Growth Strategy Execution: Develop and implement tailored strategies to expand client portfolios, aligning with overall business objectives and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences and cultivating long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis & Insight: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and threats, providing actionable insights to inform business development strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, creative, and account management teams to deliver customized solutions that meet clients' unique needs and goals.
  • Pitching & Conversions: Lead end-to-end pitching processes, from proposal creation to presentations, ensuring the effective conversion of leads into new business.

Necessary Skills:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a business development or growth role, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry, with a proven track record of securing new clients and driving revenue.
  • Skill Set: Strong analytical skills, ability to create and execute business development strategies, and expertise in building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to create compelling presentations and pitches.
  • Educational Background: Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, for effective client presentations.
  • Leadership: Proven experience leading projects and collaborating with diverse teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
