Job Title: Business Solutions Leader
Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to drive business growth across the region. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, proven expertise in sales and bid management, and the ability to collaborate with teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all business activities, ensuring pipeline nurturing and revenue enablement.
- Drive business cycles from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Competencies:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Strong business analysis and solution design capabilities
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and emerging technologies
- Proven track record in RFP/RFI response management and proposal development
- Experience in leading, mentoring, and scaling business teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Sales Engineering, and Bid Management within IT services.
- Strong exposure to global clients.
- Demonstrated success in leading business functions and enabling revenue growth.
