Job Description

As a skilled Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue for our WordPress development services. Your primary focus will be on lead generation, proposal creation, and client conversion.

This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of WordPress development principles. You will work closely with technical teams to scope project timelines, features, and cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through various platforms, including Upwork, Freelancer, and email outreach
  • Prepare accurate, technically sound proposals for WordPress projects that meet client requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
  • Maintain proper lead tracking and communication history in project management tools
  • Stay informed about industry trends, plugins, page builders, PHP, and related services
  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal development teams to ensure effective communication

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or presales for IT/web development services
  • Thorough knowledge of WordPress architecture, custom development, CMS usage, plugins, and themes
  • Basic understanding of hosting, domain configuration, or frontend/backend workflows
  • Experience in creating technical documentation and client proposals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with tools like Upwork, Indeed, freelancer.com, Google Docs, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, ClickUp, MS Teams, and Slack
