The Bid & Proposal Manager plays a pivotal role in securing high-value creative, marketing and content delivery contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission.
  • Conduct research to influence new business opportunities.
  • Develop winning strategies that clearly articulate our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with global teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Implement Gen AI in research tasks and day-to-day operations.
  • Craft impactful case studies and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain a library of high-quality case studies and proposal assets.
  • Ensure bid governance and quality assurance.
  • Track bid performance metrics and analyse win/loss trends.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing or business development.
  • Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Gen AI, automation tools and agency workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing delivery channels.
