Job Summary:
A dynamic sales and marketing professional is sought for a challenging role in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field operations, with excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet assigned sales targets through effective field work and strategic planning.
- Manage daily field reports on designated online systems.
- Meet performance norms for coverage, frequency, and call average of assigned divisions.
- Promote Division's products according to strategy and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Facilitate business development and act as a good brand ambassador.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (BSc B Pharma).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Fluent and confident communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidates from multinational companies and top Indian pharma companies may have an advantage.
