
Business Development Lead: Experiential Marketing

Are you a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client relationships, business growth, and delivering exceptional event solutions?
Maximus Events is looking for a Client Servicing Lead to lead a team that delivers memorable experiences while building enduring client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:· Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
· Lead and mentor the client servicing team, ensuring alignment on client needs, deliverables, and expectations.
· Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of projects.
· Translate client briefs into actionable strategies, proposals, and event concepts.
· Drive business development by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
· Manage end-to-end client lifecycle—from pitch presentations and negotiations to on-ground delivery and post-event feedback.
· Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
· Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
· Track client satisfaction, resolve escalations, and provide regular updates to senior management.
· Prepare post-event reports and presentations capturing impact, ROI, and learnings.
Requirements:· 8–12 years of client servicing experience in the events industry.
· Strong background in handling corporate clients and large-format projects.
· Proven experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple accounts simultaneously.
· Willingness to travel for client meetings and event execution.
Preferred Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Event Management or a related field.
· Prior experience with reputed event agencies handling marquee clients.
· Strong understanding of event strategy, client engagement, and market trends.
