
Business Development Director

As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion across designated regions. You will be responsible for identifying potential areas for business development, strategizing market entry, and ensuring successful onboarding of new partners.
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations, or sales.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in lead generation, partner onboarding, and target achievement.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively to meet prospects and explore new markets.
You will oversee the following key responsibilities:
- Market Identification & Strategy:
- Collaborate with regional managers to identify high-potential areas for business development.
- Conduct detailed market research to analyze market trends and identify key growth opportunities.
- Team Management & Collaboration:
- Manage and work closely with assigned team members to collect, analyze, and call leads from potential areas.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure alignment with business development criteria.
- Lead Generation & Meetings:
- Scrutinize and shortlist potential partner profiles that align with business standards.
- Oversee the scheduling and alignment of meetings with interested prospects in target areas.
- Area Visits & Prospect Engagement:
- Plan and execute weekly visits to potential business areas to understand market dynamics and strengthen connections.
- Personally pitch business development opportunities to prospective partners, generating interest and driving conversions.
- Franchise Conversion & Onboarding:
- Facilitate the onboarding process by converting right profiles into business partners.
- Ensure all necessary steps are completed to make new businesses operational and live within set timelines.
- Performance Management:
- Achieve business onboarding targets and ensure KPIs are met consistently.
- Regularly monitor progress and take corrective actions to address any challenges in business conversion.
