Job Overview
As a Strategic Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and excellence by devising and executing strategies for collections of payments from drivers.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in the startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors. They should possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to drive business growth and excellence.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute business strategy and OKRs.
- Break down complex problems and drive clarity through structured problem solving.
- Drive long-term planning, annual goal-setting, and strategic business reviews.
- Own end-to-end program management for high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
- Analyze internal processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Design dashboards and frameworks to track business performance and health metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in strategy/consulting/operations management, preferably in the startups, automotive, logistics, or energy sectors.
- Proven experience in managing franchisee relationships and multi-site operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.
