Executive Receptionist

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Receptionist to join our team at Snaphunt. As the first point of contact for clients and guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting clients and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Managing incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate party or handling caller inquiries whenever possible.
- Coordinating meetings and conference calls, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Receiving and dispatching mail, maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
- Providing administrative support to the team as needed, including leave records, medical and insurance claims.
- Managing contract negotiations, ensuring vendor agreements and contracts are fulfilled.
- Liaising with third-party suppliers and vendors, building management on facilities-related issues.
- Coordinating executives' schedules and appointments, arranging meetings and events.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in the Professional Services industry.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle phone calls in a positive and professional manner.
- Adaptability and a strong ability to thrive in a changing environment.
- A strong networker and relationship builder, with excellent team player skills.
