The Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and assisting clients and guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our organization.
- Handling incoming calls, redirecting them to relevant personnel or providing information as needed.
- Coordinating meetings and conference calls, maintaining a seamless workflow.
- Managing mail and dispatch, maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
- Providing administrative support to the team, including leave records, medical claims, and contract negotiations.
- Liaising with third-party suppliers and vendors, ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborating with building management on facilities-related matters.
- Managing executives' schedules and appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Coordinating meetings and events, showcasing our organization's capabilities.
Ideal Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in the Professional Services industry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong service-oriented mindset.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- A strong networker and relationship builder, with excellent team collaboration skills.
