The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team at Snaphunt.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Manage incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate party or handling inquiries whenever possible.
- Assist in organizing meetings and conference calls, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Receive and dispatch mail, maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of meeting rooms, creating a welcoming environment.
- Offer administrative support to the team as required, adapting to changing priorities.
- Liaise with building management to resolve facilities-related issues.
- Coordinate meetings and events, showcasing excellent organizational skills.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in the Aviation, Transport & Logistics, Financial Services, and Hospitality, Leisure, Travel industries.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong understanding of helpdesk and courier services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle phone calls in a positive and professional manner.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and stakeholder management.
- A strong networker and relationship builder, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
