**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team at WorkQuest India. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
2. Answer and transfer incoming calls, take messages, and respond to requests in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Provide information to clients and visitors regarding our services, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
4. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms as necessary, utilizing your excellent organizational skills.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer and guest interactions, utilizing our database system.
6. Collaborate with other departments and employees to ensure seamless operation of our office.
7. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring we have everything we need to operate effectively.
8. Perform additional tasks as directed by management, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
**Requirements**
1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with a proven track record of success.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
3. Professional appearance and conduct, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Proficient in using computers and technology, with a willingness to learn new systems and software.
