The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reception and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and assisting clients and guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Managing incoming calls, redirecting or handling inquiries as necessary.
  • Coordinating meetings and conference calls, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Receiving and dispatching mail, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Providing administrative support to the team, including leave records, medical and insurance claims.
  • Managing contract negotiations and vendor agreements, ensuring compliance and fulfillment.
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers and vendors, building strong relationships.
  • Coordinating meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in the Professional Services industry.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle phone calls professionally.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
