  • Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights, helping to improve employee retention and workplace culture.
  • International Movement of Employees: Knowledge of movement of employees across international borders, ensuring compliance and organizational policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on international practices.
  • Strong knowledge of BGV processes and compliance, experience in onboarding and exit interview processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
