HR Analytics Strategist

A highly skilled professional is required to drive strategic workforce planning and forecasting. This role involves providing analytics support to the HR function, utilizing technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze people data, and communicating findings to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support workforce planning and forecasting for FTE and compensation costs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Provide management information and analytics support to the HR function in areas of people metrics, reporting, advanced & predictive analytics.
  • Develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations and standard management reporting artifacts, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience of using HR databases and systems to design and build workforce-related reporting, analytics, and forecasting, leveraging data visualization techniques.
  • Experience in an analytics environment, preferably within HR, with a strong understanding of statistical models and forecasting methodologies.
  • Experience in financial planning regarding workforce costs, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proficient in developing, owning and optimizing Statistical Models, Forecasting Plan & HR reports, with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to lead the interpretation of HR data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
