Being global presents a new wave of HR priorities and opportunities. CGS's US & Global HR shared services team, based in Hyderabad, leverages research, systems, and analytics to help support and execute critical global HR services for our people in all the countries that we operate in.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the integrity of the HR data.
- Ensure connections to all secondary and tertiary systems work seamlessly.
- Monitor data flow between systems.
- Perform statistical analysis on HR data, run queries, and produce requested reports.
- Provide systems support to the HR team.
- Document processes, as well as perform diagnostic tests and data audits.
- Assist with other HR duties as assigned.
- Should be working in US Eastern Time Zone.
Skills Required:
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Expert at MS Excel.
- Proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries.
- Thorough understanding of qualitative and quantitative reporting principles.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
