This position is with our HR Outsourcing and recruitment business.

Title: SAP Executive – GRN, GI, and PO Operations

Location: Mumbai

Department: Stores

Experience Required: 0–2 Years

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field( MBA, MCOM, BBA, BCOM)

Salary- 2 to 3 LPA

SAP Module: MM (Materials Management)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Executive to manage end-to-end operations related to Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), and Purchase Orders (PO) within the SAP environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the SAP MM module and strong knowledge of supply chain or store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Goods Receipt (GRN):

• Process GRNs in SAP for received goods and materials.
• Match PO and invoice details to ensure accurate entries.
• Coordinate with stores and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies.

Goods Issue (GI):

• Execute GI transactions in SAP.
• Ensure correct material movement type usage.
• Maintain accurate stock ledgers and inventory levels.

Purchase Requisition (PR):

• Create and manage PRs in SAP based on departmental requirements.
• Coordinate with user departments for requirement validation.
• Track PR status and ensure timely conversion to PO.

Purchase Order (PO) Management:

• Create, modify, and track purchase orders in SAP.
• Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams for timely delivery.
• Monitor open POs and follow up for order closures or changes.

SAP Reporting and Documentation:

• Generate reports on GRN, GI, and PO status.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.

Ordering & maintaining minimum & Maximum inventory management:

• Maintain minimum & maximum inventory
• Placing orders as per the inventory requirement.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficient in SAP MM module
• Knowledge of GRN, GI, and PO processes
• Strong understanding of inventory and material movements
• Attention to detail and high level of data accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with procurement or storekeeping procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certification in MM (optional but preferred)
• Prior experience in manufacturing or logistics sector
• Understanding of inventory audits and stock reconciliation
