Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Sales Executive for our Lubricants sector. This full-time role is based in Rajahmundry and requires candidates with 4 to 6 years of work experience. The Sales Executive will focus on driving sales growth, developing business relationships, and penetrating the B2B market in the lubricant industry.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have proven experience in B2B sales within the lubricant industry (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in lubricant sales and ability to identify customer needs and market gaps (Mandatory skill).
  • Adept at relationship building to foster long-term partnerships, ensuring business growth (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques to continuously create new sales opportunities.
  • Strong product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of the company's products.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals successfully and maximize profit margins.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to present proposals and reports.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Identify potential clients in the B2B market and develop relationships to understand their lubrication needs.
  • Successfully drive lubricant sales through effective client presentations and tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that highlight product benefits and increase brand awareness.
  • Continuously update knowledge of competitor products and services to strategically position our offerings.
  • Manage all phases of the sales process, including proposals, negotiations, closing, and follow-up activities.
  • Track and report on sales metrics to assess performance and improve strategies where necessary.
  • Provide feedback and insights from clients to contribute to product development and business strategy.
