Business Partner Role

This strategic Business Partner position will drive impact through HR initiatives by aligning them with organizational goals and providing valuable insights to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and objectives.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition processes to find top candidates who embody the company culture and values, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by serving as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflict resolution, promoting inclusivity, and encouraging open communication.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in conducting fair and consistent performance evaluations, implementing performance improvement plans, and coaching employees for growth and development.
  • Organizational Development: Assist in organizational change management and restructuring efforts, facilitating training and skill enhancement programs to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Data & Analytics: Utilize HR metrics to inform strategic decision-making, prepare and present data-driven reports to senior leadership.
