HR Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our global People & Culture function.

  • This role will involve developing and implementing a strategic agenda aligned with business priorities and group strategy.
  • You will be responsible for strengthening core HR practices such as hiring, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.
  • Establishing a scalable HR infrastructure is also key to ensuring consistency, compliance, and readiness for growth.
  • Providing trusted advisory services to business leaders on talent planning, employee relations, and workforce initiatives will also be part of this role.
Key Responsibilities:

This position requires a strong generalist background with experience in HR operations, performance management, recruitment, and compliance. You should have a demonstrated ability to work hands-on while also influencing at a strategic level.

  • A minimum of 10 years of broad-based HR experience is required, preferably with multi-country or regional exposure.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration are highly valued traits in this position.
