Job Title: Regional Human Resources Director

Job Description:

The Regional Human Resources Director plays a pivotal role as the Strategic Business Partner, partnering with business to provide regular HR interventions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Oversee end-to-end recruitment management, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management processes.
  • Employee Engagement & Retention: Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement action plans; handle grievance redressal, employee relations, and disciplinary processes; drive initiatives to reduce attrition.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Timely payroll inputs, onboarding/offboarding processes, and HRIS accuracy.
  • Compliance with labor laws across branches in the region.
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Liaise with Function Heads and designate personnel to ensure critical planning and implementation of people strategies.
