Job Description:

We are seeking a highly strategic and visionary HR leader to spearhead our people strategy in India.

This role will require the ability to develop and implement comprehensive HR plans that align with our business objectives, manage a team of HR professionals, and foster a high-performance culture.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development
  • Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes diversity and inclusion
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

You should have experience in managing HR functions, developing and implementing HR strategies, and fostering a positive work environment.

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, and a master's degree is preferred.
