Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will lead and manage the full spectrum of human resource functions, driving organizational growth through effective HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management systems.

This position requires a seasoned HR professional with at least 10 years of experience, preferably within the Gulf region, and a solid understanding of UAE statutory compliances.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration and attendance management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • HR Policy Development: Develop, implement, and update HR policies, job descriptions (JDs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks in line with company objectives and UAE labor laws.
  • Performance Management: Manage performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all UAE statutory requirements, including labor laws, visa processing, gratuity settlements, and employee welfare regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Training and Development: Drive HR initiatives related to training, learning & development, employee engagement, and succession planning.
  • System Maintenance: Maintain and enhance HR systems, databases, and reporting structures for improved efficiency and decision-making.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, including employment legislation, tax laws, and social security provisions.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Proven track record of success in HR leadership roles, with ability to drive business growth and improvement.
