HR Executive with Administrative Support

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing human resource and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee management, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment process management, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintenance of employee records, joining formalities, and documentation.
  • Attendance and leave management.

Administrative Duties:

  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations, including filing, correspondence, and vendor coordination.
  • Management of office supplies and ensuring smooth functioning of workplace facilities.

Reception and Front Desk Tasks:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors/clients.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and communication.
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.

Requirements:

  • Fresh Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresher / Intern / 0-1 years of relevant HR/Admin experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
