  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring top talent, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, training programs, and performance incentives.
  • Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects, such as workforce planning, diversity & inclusion programs, and organizational development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR issues.
